I know what you mean, when all the controversy with Target blew up last year I got depressed for a few days bc I knew what it was a sign of and I wasn't sure I was ready to have to go back into battle and defense mode. But now that I'm back in it I realize it's not ideal but I can deal with it. I know how to do this.
